Greywolf’s Asset Management group oversees the management and leasing activities of each asset that is managed. This includes review of property real estate taxes and property insurance, ensuring that the property is valued appropriately and the owner’s investment is protected adequately in the event of adverse conditions. The Asset Management team is also responsible for regular communication to each owner, which is critical to a successful relationship. Greywolf provides Sharefile access to all owners, which allows for efficient and confidential reporting.
